Group VAG 2.0lt 16v Racing Exhaust valves

Special high performance super alloy having a nickel base, especially used for the production of engine valves operating under particular severe conditions(thermal and mechanical).

For his malleability Nimonic 80 is especially requested for applications where there is a risk of valve failure or breakage.

Nimonic 80 has excellent anti-corrosion properties.

• INCONEL – NICKEL BASE ALLOYS:

This Nickel base alloy material is used for exhaust valves in engines that reach very high temperatures and its use is growing with the application of                    turbos and superchargers.

• Stellite seat. The Stellite deposit on the seat of the valve is mad eto reduce oxidation and corrosion to a minimum. This special alloy increases the life of the valve and it is especially recommended for high performance or lead free petrol engines
